LIMAR Landscape Management, Inc., is a provider of commercial and corporate landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, design build construction projects and commercial snow removal services.

Our Main Headquarters Office is located at Chappaqua Crossing, (the former Readers Digest World Headquarters Facility), located at 480 Bedford Road, Chappaqua, NY. The company has operational offices in Wappingers Falls, NY and  Danbury, Ct. A local administrative office located in Fishkill, NY.

The geographical areas of business are in the Tri-State area; NY, NJ, CT.

Mark Sanfilippo; President of LIMAR Landscape Management; is a native New Yorker who became interested in horticulture over 30 years ago. He attended the State University of New York at Cobleskill and received his  degree in Landscape Contracting. Mark’s career in landscaping began in the early 1990’s, working for large, national and regional landscape maintenance companies. Mark and his wife Lisa, reside in the Village of Fishkill, NY with their three children.

LIMAR Landscape Management, Inc. provides our clients with  highly organized services to maintain their prospective properties. We begin with quality employees who take great pride in their work. From that point, work production will be manageable and cost effective to maintain and improve.  A complete “Quality Control Process” philosophy is applied to each every client, contract and property. A full-circle core operating process, from initial site visitation, to estimating and planning; creates production processes which will enable us to better anticipate seasonal staffing requirements, site needs, and environmental concerns. Through this process, we will partner with quality vendors to provide us the equipment and material necessary to fulfill our contractual commitments.
